Emerge is a part of the action- so please join in on the 14th and be a part of the joy and fun in giving as a such a generous community & state!

Are you interested in volunteering to help with any part of this?  I would love your help!
-Address invitations
-Gather donated items for silent auction from your favorite store, salons, boutiques and restaurants
-Bake desserts or appetizers for the event
-Decorate for the event (10/11/13)
-Serve coffee at the event (10/11/13)
-Donate children's books or baby items for Emerge
-Donate money to benefit Emerge 100%, and is tax deductible for you

This video (click you tube link below) , showing the services offered to young moms and babies at New Beginnings in St Cloud, MN, is a helpful model to understand Emerge Mothers Academy.  Watching this will help you understand more of our Mission and Goals.  Emerge Mothers Academy seeks to house, guide and encourage young moms- and help them emerge as confident women and caring moms!

To help us achieve this, and serve women in the Twin Cities, we need your help.  Get on our volunteer list, help run a fundraising event, donate baby items, donate money-gifts, join our Board, and PRAY for us!  (Make a difference! See all the things you could do, now which one thing will you do?!?!?)

Impacting Homelessness

Of the 10,000+ Minnesotan's without a home, children and youth age 21 and younger make up 46 percent (Wilder 2012 research, http://www.wilder.org/). Many of these, are young mothers or pregnant teens.
Emerge Mothers Academy wants to make an impact on this staggering number. Will you help too? Please join us in addressing this social concern.  Make a donation (monetary or baby items), or get on our volunteer list to help a young mom/pregnant teen without a home.

Looking for a great place to donate your outgrown baby supplies....We are happy to take mom or baby items that you'd like to donate (in-kind donations, as this is called in our non-profit world) you will get a tax-deductible receipt.  If you've got some nice stuff and you're done with it, we'd love it!  If you'd like to pay it forward to another parent in need- We Want Your Stuff!
